New: HHS policy, October 28, 2026
A Local Healthcare program
Six peptides just became lawful to compound. Sell them from your location.
BPC-157, TB-500, Epitalon, Semax, KPV and MOTS-c can now be compounded by licensed pharmacies under a patient-specific prescription. Peps Healthcare gives any spa, gym, salon or clinic a physician-prescribed peptide program under its own brand, without hiring a clinician or touching a vial.

What changed on October 28, 2026
The peptide market moved from the grey zone into regulated compounding.
For three years the most popular peptides sat in FDA's Category 2, which meant no reputable pharmacy would compound them. Demand did not go away; it went to websites selling "research use only" vials with no prescriber, no pharmacy and no certificate of analysis. FDA warning letters followed, and so did the counterfeits.
HHS has now said it does not intend to take enforcement action against state-licensed pharmacies and physicians that compound six named peptides, provided they source from FDA-registered manufacturers, test every lot, label every product, report to MedWatch and fill only patient-specific prescriptions. It is enforcement discretion, not approval, and it comes with conditions. Those conditions are the point: they are what separates a lawful program from a vial in the post.

The six
Each one, what it is, and the routes the policy permits. Every program is available only where an independent clinician decides it is appropriate for that client.
BPC-157
A synthetic fragment of a protective protein found in human gastric juice. The most searched peptide in the group and the one most often bought from unregulated sources.
Subcutaneous · Intramuscular · Oral · Topical
TB-500
A synthetic peptide derived from thymosin beta-4, a protein present in nearly every human cell that regulates actin, the scaffolding of cell movement.
Subcutaneous · Intramuscular
Epitalon
A short synthetic peptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) modelled on an extract of the pineal gland, developed in Russian research on aging.
Subcutaneous · Intramuscular
Semax
A synthetic analogue of a fragment of ACTH, a pituitary hormone. Developed in Russia, where it has been used as a nasal medicine for decades.
Intranasal
KPV
The three-amino-acid tail (Lys-Pro-Val) of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, a natural signalling molecule with anti-inflammatory activity.
Topical · Oral
MOTS-c
A peptide encoded in mitochondrial DNA rather than the nucleus, discovered in 2015. One of a small family of mitochondrial-derived peptides.
Subcutaneous · Intramuscular
Any physical location
Your clients ask you about peptides already. Now you can say yes.
The grey market worked because people trusted a vial from a stranger more than a "no" from someone they know. A business with a front door, a reputation and a client who comes back every month is the natural home for a lawful program. Peps Healthcare is not tied to one vertical. It runs on the same platform as the spa, gym, salon and clinic programs, and any of them can switch it on.

Clients already ask about BPC-157 for recovery after procedures. Now there is a lawful answer.
Gyms and studios
Members buy TB-500 and BPC-157 from websites today. Bring it inside, with a prescriber and a real pharmacy.
Chiropractors and physio
Tissue-repair peptides are the most requested add-on in musculoskeletal practice. Prescribing stays with the clinician.
Wellness and longevity clinics
Epitalon, MOTS-c and Semax under a prescription, from an FDA-registered source, with a certificate of analysis.
Salons and barbers
KPV topical and the skin-side of the list, for the client you see every six weeks.
Any location with a front door
If clients trust you and ask you about peptides, you qualify. The clinical side is handled; you sell the program.
How it works
You offer the program
A branded storefront on your own subdomain. You set your retail price and keep the margin.
A clinician decides
Independent clinicians at Beluga Health review each intake and prescribe only where appropriate. Not everyone qualifies.
A compliant pharmacy ships
A state-licensed 503A pharmacy compounds under the policy's sourcing, testing and labelling conditions and ships to the client. We bill and remit your share.
What the policy requires of the pharmacy
- Bulk peptide from an FDA-registered manufacturer, with its physical location on the certificate of analysis
- Lot testing for identity, purity, endotoxin and microbial limits to the policy's own standard
- One peptide per product, in the salt form and route Appendix B names
- Labelled "This is a compounded drug product. Not for resale."
- Products, adverse events and quality issues reported to FDA MedWatch and the state
- A patient-specific prescription behind every order
This is the standard the pharmacies in the Local Healthcare network already compound to. A website selling vials meets none of it.

In short
Are peptides legal to sell in the US now?
Six are lawfully compoundable as of October 28, 2026: BPC-157, TB-500, Epitalon, Semax, KPV and MOTS-c. HHS issued an enforcement discretion policy that lets state-licensed pharmacies and physicians compound them for individual patients under ten conditions. They are still not FDA-approved, still need a patient-specific prescription, and a business cannot sell vials directly. What a business can do is sell a physician-prescribed program, which is what Peps Healthcare provides.
Can a spa, gym or clinic offer peptides without a clinician on staff?
Yes, if it sells the program rather than the medicine. The business is the seller of record and sets its own price. Independent licensed clinicians evaluate each client and prescribe where appropriate, and a 503A pharmacy that meets the HHS policy's conditions compounds and ships. Your staff never answer a medical question.
What does Peps Healthcare cost?
Nothing to set up and nothing monthly. The only charge is $50 per treatment, per month, on active programs. Medication and fulfilment are billed at cost. No clinician to hire, no software licence, no stock and no minimum.
