The opportunity
The grey market just got a lawful competitor. It could be you.
Peptides were the biggest category in wellness that no licensed business could touch. Six of them are now compoundable under prescription. The location that offers them properly wins the client the website was keeping.

The demand was never the problem. The supply was.
For three years the answer to "can I get BPC-157" was a website, a vial labelled "research use only" and a hope that it contained what the label said. FDA wrote warning letter after warning letter and the market grew anyway, because nobody licensed was allowed to serve it. That changed on October 28, 2026.
A lawful program needs a front door
The policy's conditions are demanding: FDA-registered manufacturers, certificates of analysis, lot testing, MedWatch reporting, a prescription behind every order. None of that is visible to a client. What a client sees is who they are buying from. A business they already trust, offering a program with a real clinician and a real pharmacy behind it, is the obvious place for this to live.
Not one vertical. Any location.
Spas see the recovery conversation after procedures. Gyms see the injury conversation. Chiropractors and physios see it every day. Longevity clinics have been asked about Epitalon and MOTS-c for years. Peps Healthcare is the one program on the Local Healthcare platform that is not built for a single type of business, because the question gets asked everywhere.
You sell the program. Everyone else does their job.
You are the seller of record. You buy the program at one published wholesale price, set your own retail price and keep the margin. An independent clinician decides who qualifies. A 503A pharmacy that meets the policy compounds and ships. We bill, remit and handle support. No clinician to employ, no software to license, no inventory to hold, and no vial ever in your building.
Early matters, and so does being careful
The policy is new, the conditions are strict and state boards have not all spoken. The partners who do well will be the ones who offer this properly from the start, with the disclosures in place and the clinician visibly in charge. That is the only way we will run it.
Any figures shown are illustrative, not a promise of income. What a partner earns depends on the retail price it sets, its patient volume and retention. The partnership agreement is the controlling document. Regulatory figures describe public FDA and HHS actions and are not claims about any program's results. No compounded peptide is FDA-approved.
Illustrative economics
A worked example, not a forecast. You set the retail price; the wholesale price is published and identical for every partner.
- Your retail price
- set by you
- Local Healthcare fee
- $50 per treatment per month
- Clinician, pharmacy, shipping
- at cost, published
- Your margin
- the difference
Full fee components are on local.healthcare/pricing. Pharmacies in the network already compound the six under the policy's conditions, so peptide programs are available at launch.
