Peps Healthcare

How it works

A partner offers the program, an independent clinician handles the medicine, a compliant pharmacy compounds and ships, and Local Healthcare handles billing. Here is every step, and every party, named.

  1. 1

    The partner offers the program

A spa, gym, salon, clinic or any other location puts its branded peptide program in front of the clients it already sees. The partner is the seller of record and sets its own retail price.

  2. 2

    The client completes intake

On the partner's storefront, the client answers a medical questionnaire. No clinical claims are made to the client on any marketing site; the offer lives on the storefront.

  3. 3

A clinician evaluates and, if appropriate, prescribes

An independent, licensed clinician at Beluga Health reviews the intake and decides whether a peptide program is appropriate, which peptide, and by which permitted route. Not everyone qualifies.

  4. 4

A compliant pharmacy compounds and ships

Where a prescription is issued, a state-licensed 503A pharmacy compounds the single-ingredient product from an FDA-registered source, tests the lot, labels it as the policy requires, reports as the policy requires, and ships it to the client's door.

  5. 5

    Local Healthcare bills and remits

Local Healthcare collects the client's payment as the partner's billing agent, takes one published wholesale price, and remits the partner's share.

The commercial model, in one sentence

The partner sells the program to their client; Local Healthcare provides the platform and collects payment as the partner's billing agent; the clinician is independent.

What never happens at your location

  • Your staff never recommend a peptide, a dose or a route.
  • Your staff never answer a clinical question; they point to the clinician.
  • No vial is ever stored, handled or sold in your building.
  • No payment is ever made to you for sending a client; you earn a margin on a program you sell.

These are the lines that keep the structure clean under both the HHS policy and the rules on fee-splitting and the corporate practice of medicine. We script the one sentence your team says, and they say nothing else.

The five parties

The partner

The business, a spa, gym, salon or clinic, that offers the program to its own clients and is the seller of record.

The client

The partner's customer, who completes an intake and, where appropriate, is prescribed and treated.

Local Healthcare

The platform, and the partner's billing agent. Operated by Lifted Health LLC. It does not provide medical care.

Beluga Health

An independent, physician-led medical group whose licensed clinicians evaluate clients and prescribe where appropriate.

The pharmacy

A state-licensed pharmacy that dispenses and ships any prescription to the client.

Local Healthcare never provides care and never describes the clinicians as its own. They are independent clinicians at Beluga Health. For peptide programs, the pharmacy is a state-licensed 503A pharmacy that meets every condition of the HHS policy of October 28, 2026.
